A new service designed to support educators to help keep young children in care.

This effort aligns with a new law effective July 2026 that prohibits suspensions and expulsions in early learning settings. Every Child Belongs helps keep children connected to safe, supportive environments where they can grow and thrive.

Request support with navigating challenging behaviors, keeping children enrolled, or finding help when working with young children.Families may submit a request on behalf of their child’s provider. Every Child Belongs Services Are Now Available Statewide

Every Child Belongs serves early childhood educators caring for children from birth through age 5. Through a coordinated statewide network of supports, providers can access Technical Assistance (TA) and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) to strengthen inclusive practices, build educator capacity, and help children remain successfully engaged in their early learning environments.
